Thanks for keeping it alive! Part of being ordinary is all the ordinary little connections we make with other people. The happiness when a friend texts “Whatcha doin :)” Just hello, we’re alive at the same time, and secretly we’re all one. The emptiness and the fullness in a bit of chat.

Goodness me! You *really* know your teas. I started getting into proper tea slowly a couple of years ago, when a friend brought back some loose Darjeeling from India, I still haven’t been able to reproduce the joy of that first cup to this day.
My main tea is still a Darjeeling, I’ve just finished a packet of First Flush FTGFOP1 Darjeeling, ‘Margaret’s Hope’ it was called. Exceptional stuff. I’ve recently been introduced to Da Hong Pao, by Vincent Horn, have you heard of it? I can highly recommend it.

Margaret Hope and Da Hong Pao, must look into those. I love China tea best. I know what you mean about trying to reproduce that perfect cup! Never will tea taste so delicious, complex, perfumed, heavenly as the tea (any tea) I drank in England. Why??
Ordinary-extraordinary, every single cup of tea.

ur very welcome. Thk YOU for the (free) entertainment.Ushould do more of these. The previous one got dozens of comments. I Could do with a weekly little something, either a full podcast with a guest, or just either or both you and mike sharing insights. Would definately help to have a sense of ‘community’ going on, rather than just those monthly or so podcats. Just my 2 cents. Regards
